Theoretical Calculations Only
The calculator produces theoretical estimates from the numerical values and units you enter. A displayed result is not a measurement of an actual vehicle and is not a promise of actual RPM, speed, tire size, performance, fitment, or crawl behavior.
When metric tire dimensions are converted, the displayed tire diameter is a nominal geometric diameter. It is not a measured rolling diameter or loaded radius.
Real-World Results Will Vary
Actual results may differ because of factors including:
- tire construction, deformation, wear, pressure, growth, and actual rolling radius;
- vehicle load and operating conditions;
- tire slip and wheelspin;
- torque-converter behavior and clutch or drivetrain slip;
- mechanical efficiency, drivetrain losses, and component tolerances;
- tachometer, speedometer, GPS, and other measurement or calibration error; and
- incorrect, incomplete, nominal, or mismatched input specifications.
